"The Location was excellent! So convenient for restaurants, tram, everything in easy reach."

"Liked everything about it. Only small thing was that there was a musty smell in the apartment when the windows were closed, I know its an old building and didn't bother me but my husband is asthmatic and effected him a little bit. As the apartment is so central and near the tram line keeping the windows open made it a bit noisy! It really didn't effect our stay but could have if we couldn't keep windows open."

"Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gefallen und wir haben den Aufenthalt in Nizza genossen. Besonders gut: Nähe zur Alt- und Neustadt und den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Direktverbindung zum Flughafen. Vieles fußläufig zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt und Spezialitätenläden) und Restaurants in nächster Nähe. Aufzug. Schöne Aussicht über die Dächer von Nizza. Ruhig und doch zentral. Ausstattung in der Küche ausreichend. Bett ist bequem. Klimaanlage."

"Wenn man mäkelig sein möchte: Kleines Badezimmer. Keine Badematte (nasser Fußboden im Badezimmer). Aufschlag, wenn man etwas früher in die Unterkunft möchte, dies sollte man auch frühzeitig ankündigen (ansonsten kann man wirklich erst um 16 Uhr in die Unterkunft). Kein persönlicher Kontakt mit der Vermietungsagentur (keine Empfehlungen, keine Einweisung für die Handhabung des Schlüssels), alles per WhatsApp oder Telefon. Es muss ein Deposit von 450 Euro hinterlegt werden."

"Location and Price met our needs and budget. All facilities were very good and local shop easy in walking distance. Bed was comfortable and windows muted the lively atmosphere in Rue Massena. We loved the location and got the real essence of Nice."

"Some things were damaged like drawer in bathroom, wine glasses and bowls cracked. There was no oven dishes or gloves and so these could have been useful to have. Perhaps 2 pillows is not enough. In addition a bigger airer for drying towels. Information at the start of the holiday would have been helpful as the lady was late and did not explain rules of the apartment or where to put the rubbish or offer any help as she rushed off."
